Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese 2 slices of cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your preference) 1 head of cauliflower (finely processed) 1/2 cup fresh spinach 1 egg |
Steps:
Then put your cauliflower and put it in a food processor. Blend it until its in small chunks, but make sure it doesn't get liquefied. (If you don't have a food processor, you can use any regular blender.) Put the cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl and stick it in the microwave for 6 minutes at high heat. After let it cool down for about 3 minutes. Then dry it out with a regular kitchen towel; grab the cauliflower with the towel and squeeze it, taking all the liquid out. Next put it in a bowl and add one whisked egg, and half a cup of grated mozzarella. Mix until it creates a nice paste, that can easily be put together, like play doh. It's ok if its still wet because of the egg. Grab an oven pan, and put a baking sheet on it. Create four different squares or circles and put them on the baking sheet. Next put it in a 450 degree oven, and then put the patties in there for 16 minutes. In the meantime have a dance party. After you take the patties out they should be golden/yellow. Let them cool completely. Next, take a pan and put a tablespoon of butter (or ghee) on it. Then put the patties on them. Next take your slice of cheese and spinach on the thickest patty and make it into a sandwich. Let it sit until the cheese melts, and then take themmm out carefully. Then enjoy! |
