Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey 1 tablespoon salted butter at room temperature 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup chopped almonds 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoons flax seeds 2 tablespoons chia seeds Steps: 1) line the bottom of a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper (let the parchment hang over the pan an inch so removing the bars is easier) 2) combine all ingredients and thoroughly mix 3) evenly distribute mixture in the pan and press down until it is flat and compact 4) refrigerate until firm and then remove from pan and cut into pieces of whatever size you would like |
