Ingredients:
Quinoa flour Baking powder one egg Ghee or butter Almond milk or coconut milk Kale Steps: Melt one table spoon of butter/ghee Mix the egg, butter and almond or coconut milk in a bowl In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powdered, and salt together. Add this to the other mix. Chop the kale into thin slices and add it to the mix Heat a pan add butter or ghee and pour a half a cup of the mix Cook for 6 minutes on each side Then you are ready!!! |
